Whether you are a seasoned Yogini, or just rolling out your mat for the first time, your practice is yours... Moving with breath and body to unlock the potential that is hidden within. Maria's teaching style offers adjustments for all levels, and you will leave at week's end, with an authentic, personal transformation that is lit from within.
No need for heated studio rooms or Yoga playlists - your Yoga practice will be surrounded with warm ocean air and the sound of waves crashing on the beach (maybe some monkeys too!).
Every morning you will have the opportunity to practice a gently guided meditation and Pranayama (breathing) practice. We will follow this with an awakening Yoga practice in order to get our blood flowing before embracing our day together.
After our adventures of the day, we will again come together on our mats for a candle lit restorative Yoga practice to balance our muscles and body.
