I've never done yoga - is that OK? Whether you are a seasoned Yogini, or just rolling out your mat for the first time, your practice is yours. Maria's teaching style offers adjustments for all levels, and you will leave at week's end, with an authentic, personal transformation that is lit from within.
What about meditation? I've never tried... Every morning you will have the opportunity to practice a gently guided meditation and Pranayama (breathing) practice - no experience necessary! We will follow this with an awakening Yoga practice in order to get our blood flowing before embracing our day together.
I'm an experienced yoga practitioner - Can you tell me more about the style we'll practice during the retreat? Our Yoga practice will vary throughout the week to suit the time of day and connect with our retreat activities.
